Luke Wenke mailed the following letter to the federal courthouse in Buffalo, New York from the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, where he’s currently on remand for a pending federal cyberstalking charge. The letter pertains to a lawsuit Wenke is attempting to pursue against me for reasons that make sense to him.
Wenke is so determined to sue me that his mother deposited $405 into his jail commissary account so he can afford the filing fee. He also plans to file additional lawsuits against other defendants and already seems prepared to pay a second $405 filing fee. I find it interesting how he and the Foot Soldier are able to come up with large sums of money to pursue frivolous litigation, yet Wenke gets a free public defender for his criminal case, courtesy of the American taxpayer.
I suppose that if those two want to waste their money, that’s their prerogative. But I guaran-damn-tee you that if Luke Wenke simply left his victims alone, he wouldn’t face any problems from us. Any of his alleged reasons to sue are manufactured in his mind. For example, how can the court possibly take the lawsuit seriously when they know for a fact that I’m not a federal spy like he claims, and that the probation agency isn’t paying me to run this website?
Wenke’s entire argument, if you even want to call it that, is predicated on bullshit. In my opinion, it’s no coincidence that he filed the paperwork after I blocked his jail calls and rejected mail from his mother. In short, civil litigation is Wenke’s way of harassing me through the legal system because he has no other way to gain access to me and refuses to even consider respecting my wish for zero contact.

“Hello,
“I originally filed the Pro Se papers through the Rochester US Courthouse at 100 State St. If you do your research, you will find that the US District Judge you assigned to this case is a conflict of interest given the circumstances for multiple reasons. Marianne Mariano and Victoria Bahl of the Buffalo and Rochester Federal Public Defender’s Office know that Katie [last name] (who I hope is included in the “et al” part after Andrew Clark since I filed her name and address with the Rochester Court Clerk) had access to John Sinatra’s emails. Major reason for the original lawsuit as it is.
“The way this paperwork is being filed is already causing me to notify US Appeals Judge Debra Ann Livingston of the 2nd Court of Appeals. I would rather this case take place in Rochester where I filed the original paperwork anyways. If I have to add John Sinatra to the list of defendants along with Andrew Clark and Katie [last name] then I will.
“The $405 is here on my commissary at Monroe County Jail and the Rochester Court Clerk knows this. Please help everything fulfill properly.
