Luke Wenke mailed the following letter to the Robert H. Jackson U.S. Courthouse in Buffalo, New York while detained at the Orleans County Jail in Albion during the summer of 2024. In it, he falsely accuses a family member of mine of “sitting around all day” armed and waiting for one of Wenke’s former fellow inmates to show up at their home.
Not only did that not happen (the part about my relatives “sitting around and waiting”), my family had good reason to fear that Luke Wenke would try sending someone dangerous to their residence. Acting directly against my warning not to give out my personal information to fellow inmates under ANY circumstances, Wenke gave my full name, phone number, and God knows what other details to a man who contacted me just after his release from the Niagara County Jail in 2022 while under the false impression that I was a pill-popping prostitute who would sell him sex. He called me in the middle of the night, friend requested me on Facebook, and told me that Wenke said I’d have sex with him for $100 and that I would use illegal drugs with him.
This was the final straw that prompted me to end my friendship with Luke Wenke for good and forever. He not only betrayed me by going against my privacy wishes, he potentially put me in danger by giving my information to complete strangers who he met in fucking jail after I specifically told him NOT to.
“Just Trying to Be Cool”
Ever since, Wenke has gone out of his way to try downplaying the seriousness of his actions in this particular incident, which mystifies me, because the authorities also didn’t seem to fucking care. So, I’m not sure who he’s trying to prove anything to, because the powers that be told me that Luke Wenke was “just trying to be cool” and “just trying to make friends in jail,” as if his actions were harmless or arbitrary.
Needless to say, the so-called “Damani incident” is a major reason I deactivated my Facebook and stayed off the platform for the better part of two years. With no other perceived choice, I drove myself further into unbearable solitude in my attempts to stay safe and sane while Wenke continued to hurricane through my life with an apparent blessing from the same people who went out of their way to prove that he’s dangerous. So, again, I’m not sure why Luke Wenke felt the need to defend himself against a situation he came out on the winning end of.

“I sent the last letter to the court before I was told my father had been interviewed. I continue to feel it necessary to send the court mail like this as much as since October there’s been times this format does not do any wonders.
“I am ‘complaining’ (to say the least) to someone else in writing over mail tonight. Outside of that, I do not have it in me to faux prosecute anyone anymore.
“So instead I will help the court with something else absolutely nobody on that interview list will know enough to talk about. ‘Ancapistan’ is libertarian anarchy fantasy land. It is the Land of Oz and it is that Seuss planet on the flower pollen in terms of libertarian anarchy alternate universe. From 2016 to 2017 I made the transition from running a Facebook page called ‘New Yorkers For Bernie Sanders’ after his April 2016 visit to the Rochester ice skating rink, to watching the YouTube show ‘Mr. Dapperton’; an anarchist themed cartoon podcast. Ancapistan fantasy land is first talked about on there. If you want to know where people at that 2024 Libertarian National Convention (that got in a fistfight with itself) get their political talking points like ‘I want gay married couples to protect their marijuana plants with AK47s’ then start by watching Mr. Dapperton on YouTube and all his Ancapistan fairy tale talking points. Austin Peterson of Missouri was the runner up after New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson in 2016 for the 2016 Libertarian presidential nomination. It is not hard to find videos of Austin Peterson saying things right on that debate stage like ‘5 year olds should be allowed to use heroin’ and ‘I want gay married couples to protect their weed plants with AK47s’. Penn Jillette has been quite friendly with Austin Peterson in the past too.
