USA v. Luke Wenke | Judgment | 08/18/2022

After pleading guilty to cyberstalking in federal court in April 2022, Luke Wenke was sentenced to 18 months of incarceration followed by three years of supervised release. The document below details the conditions he was expected to follow upon reentering the free world.

In addition to requiring Wenke to attend anger management, the judge ordered him to undergo substance abuse testing and to comply with any recommended treatment. Additionally, Wenke was banned from having any form of direct or indirect contact with his cyberstalking victim (the Minnesota attorney), the victim’s family, and the victim’s place of employment.
