The PDF reader below contains two of the four or more emails Luke Wenke sent to the federal courthouse in Buffalo, New York on October 29th, 2025. In the first of the two emails below, Wenke claims that the police will soon start taking fingerprint evidence from his house in an attempt to identify a suspected intruder. However, the attached police report states that Wenke asked the police to take fingerprints and that doing so is “not feasible” due to the possible time lapse since the alleged break-in.
Luke Wenke also claims that his grandmother filed a police report in June of 2024 regarding a suspected home intrusion at his residence. He included a copy of his FOIL request for the police report along with the response, which stated that the request was denied because the police found no record of any reported incidents at Wenke’s home during the specified time period.
