The following document is a copy of the last email that Luke Wenke sent to the federal judge who oversaw his original cyberstalking case prior to his arrest on December 17th, 2025 on a second cyberstalking charge. As of February 1st, Wenke remains detained without bail at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, New York.
Luke Wenke trash talks his victims incessantly, but thinks they should stay silent about him.
Luke Wenke has not been privy to the details of my personal life, including my romantic relationships and location, for many years now. And he’s clearly unaware that I left the United States entirely (mainly to get away from him), yet he claims to know where I live and what I’m up to in the following email, which contains repeated threats to dox myself and several of his other victims. Around the same time this email was sent, Luke Wenke publicly Tweeted my phone number and the phone numbers of the other victims he had been threatening to dox.
The email below also contains an implied threat to damage a victim’s house. Luke Wenke complains that his victims all own and live in more expensive houses than his, and he makes it clear that he [erroneously] believes I live with my family and that he believes I vandalized his dumpy traphouse, aka the Leaning Shithole of Olean. I’ve spent the vast majority of my adulthood away from Western New York, but Luke Wenke has repeatedly threatened to go to my family’s property because he believes I live there. Luke Wenke also has an established habit of targeting his victims’ families when he can’t access the victim directly, and because he truly knows nothing about what my life is like, he’s following in his age-old pattern of trying to draw me out of the woodwork by going after my loved ones.

“I am putting the current environment on you. It doesn’t end, it doesn’t change. You are incapable of creating peace. I think all you judges do is play Battleship with the Sentencing Guidelines. It would typically be your job to sentence someone for destroying a house, as was done to me. Police don’t help, Erie County DA doesn’t help. So should I sue your court for all of this? I don’t come from a world where I deal with things like this. I come from a world where we deal with other people face to face. This hasn’t gone that way, has it? I am not contacting the T—–s, the [victim]s, or Katie. If I’m nice, I’m stalking. If I’m rude, I’m threatening. I’m the one who went away over a speech crime, not them. When will SHE go away for what she did to my house? Don’t act like I’m doing nothing. Erie County DA won’t get back to me. Police refuse to fingerprint. Her website goes and goes and it was Fonda Kubiak who said that probation employees pay her to run that website. What happened to ‘broken Christmas tree ornament’ as you said at the end of 2023?
“I plan on getting confirmed at St Louis across from the Buffalo Catholic Diocese next year as their website says is coming up. I am TRYING to believe in things. This has been a rocky return home nobody deserves.
“Michael Crick, 10th generation psychic of the Salamanca Planning Board — [phone number]. He is no fan of Katie’s. Get a hold of him.
“I’ll be letting the world know where they all live. Andrew and Krystie know I didn’t celebrate 9/11 and so I called Hamas on them. Shame on me for having sympathy for left leaning Bernie-style activism in 2020. In 2025 I’m more than happy to get those involved with the Israeli army to know where the [victim]s, T—–s, and Katie are. Hamas is a global problem and they will go away when the world knows where those guys live. Look at the condition of my house right now. As if I give a fuck about exposing THEIR addresses. They all have very expensive houses compared to mine (so do you [redacted] so who knows who in this group is financing Hamas.
“I will have a second and third income soon. I’m not Katie, living with my parents my entire adulthood like she does. Maybe I SHOULD do something to someone else’s house. As if it’s not obvious that it’s someone involved in the prior circumstances who did it to me.
“Also the Buffalo Bills dealing with Dr. Leidenfrost so publicly on tv makes me support the Dolphins now. Leidenfrost needs to be fired from UB.”
