In the following email, Luke Wenke claims that outgoing Olean Mayor Bill Aiello agreed to provide him with footage of me “going in and out” of Wenke’s house throughout 2024 and 2025. This isn’t even remotely possible because I haven’t been to Olean since early 2022. I last went there at Luke Wenke’s request, entered his house with his permission/at his urging, and retrieved his eyeglasses, which I was kind enough to drive another two hours to drop off at the Niagara County Jail.
Luke Wenke has no reason to believe, even mistakenly, that I trespassed, burglarized, broke into, or stole from his ramshackle traphouse, which I avoided visiting, period, due to its filthy, structurally unsound, and arguably biohazardous conditions. I think he just wanted to get me in legal trouble and thought he could accomplish this by spewing bullshit to the authorities.
Three months after Wenke sent this email to the court, I have yet to see any footage of me supposedly committing the aforementioned crimes, or for my fingerprints to be found on Wenke’s pellet stove and destroyed belongings like he swore they would be. But his lack of actual evidence doesn’t matter. He’ll continue to claim, without a leg to stand on, that I did the things he accuses me of, and he’d probably argue that the evidence exists but is in the hands of someone who is conspiring against him, since he thinks people have all the time, energy, and resources in the world to do that (or would even care to do something like that in the first place).
