In the following email, Luke Wenke states that the Olean Police will be taking fingerprints at his house as part of a supposedly ongoing investigation into an alleged home break-in that he believes occurred while he was in jail/prison. But in the weeks since this email was sent to the federal court, Luke Wenke has complained repeatedly on social media about how various law enforcement agencies are refusing to fingerprint his property, including the Olean Police.

“Interesting little revelation LOL! Someone with the COURT cooperates with that website that violates my HIPPA rights. OR, benefit of the doubt, my phone is literally hacked and if I email your court some little redheaded twatwaffle out in [city] is sharing the information with Hamas. Scroll down to see screenshot.
“Impossible people to make good with. By the way freedom of speech calls for the right for potentially hacked phones to use the word twatwaffle over emails to the nation’s courts.
“January 2022 my phone’s email was hacked. CGIs made of me at a 2020 protest I never went to. 45 months of being held innocently means a $200,000 federal minimum wrongful incarceration check. $1 million homes in Edina MN (according to Zillow) are perfect to borrow against to finance a $200,000+ wrongful incarceration check.
“My iPhone 11 here is clearly bugged and hacked.
“Olean Police will be collecting fingerprints starting tomorrow on my damaged house which was wrecked to no doing of my own. Somebody involved in my prior circumstances will become my little Letitia James, my little John Bolton, and my little James Comey. I did not wreck anyone’s homes these last few years. This isn’t even ‘eye for an eye’ as the Code of Hammurabi called for at this point.
“I will be informing all US Appeals Courts across the entire country of this little revelation. Hopefully nobody makes any Facebook or X profiles that aren’t me.
“Wow nobody else out there must care enough to email federal judges for a response to be put up on that website that quickly. One would assume federal judges have tons of emails to go through. Clearly not. Glad I reached out in a positive way. Concerned citizens can email their Congressman or their Senator or their city councilman. Judge Giardini (America’s top paralegal for Hamas Katie [last name]’s former Facebook friend as proven by digital footprint evidence) never did talk about any federal judges in her time. I think Senior District Judge Richard Arcara’s reasonably suspected Secret Society is something JFK would have liked to crack down on.
“Get into the habit of emailing out newsletters to residents of this region so emails connected to federal judges aren’t seen as rarities.
“Wow this calls for a Sunday Funnies cartoon picture of a lonely little judge who nobody emails and nobody pays attention to and suddenly one day he gets an email, but he’s a social recluse so his AI sexbot posts the email on another website.”
