The Robert H. Jackson United States Courthouse in Buffalo, New York received this letter from Luke Wenke on June 12th, 2026. It’s addressed to the Honorable Lawrence J. Vilardo, who is tasked with overseeing Luke Wenke’s attempted bogus lawsuit against this website’s owner (me).
In the lawsuit complaint and Wenke’s seemingly endless stream of letters to the court that have followed, Wenke falsely accuses me of conspiring with the federal government, fucking the police (and probation officers and corrections officers and any member of law enforcement who refuses to automatically throw me in jail based on his word), stealing his car, and being responsible for an array of property crimes that Wenke claims to be the victim of.
More specifically, in the letter below, Luke Wenke falsely accuses me of threatening to slash his public defender’s tires on behalf of the victim in his current cyberstalking case (a court official who was involved in Wenke’s first cyberstalking case and subsequent probation violation charges). Wenke also uses a racial slur against a prosecutor, calls for the burning of the American flag, and complains about prosecutors draining taxpayer dollars despite the estimated costs of his free defense teams over the last four years running well into the six-figure range (or more).

“I hope that at least this courtroom still has civil case #26-cv-00181 on file. I don’t want another arrest ever again. I have notes prepared on what I’ve called ‘Courtroom Defendants & Convicted Persons vs. USA’ and if dreams from Yahweh are truly a reliable sensation then my notes being accepted with James Tabner of Concord MA’s help at the US Supreme Court are going to apparently break records in terms of using the elastic clause of the Constitution to it’s fullest extent against the very nature of criminal court and justice.
“Abolishing prosecution being one of many things on the list. Look at the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court’s sexual misconduct allegations. He’s the leader of all prosecutors and he’s their example. January 2022, David Rudroff said about me on camera in Magistrate Kenneth Schroeder’s presence that I am a whiny brat, or something of that nature. No actually my house was broken into and the Olean Police were notified courtesy me and I was upset with Covid era eviction ban abusers like my former neighbor. A year later, Magistrate Schroeder basically told David Rudroff to shut up in court. 6 months later David recuses himself. A year later Michael DiGiacomo recused himself. I find it a conflict of interest here in a country that says ‘innocent before proven guilty’ that the US District Attorney’s Office pays for public defenders offices’ budgets. The long term view of the Trump era where he and Hunter Biden were the lead defendants and the rest of us were a bunch of leaves blowing around in the wind is that prosecutors are a redundant waste of taxpayers’ money since courts have a bunch of pre-written guidelines to go by in the first place and they always just recuse themselves in the long run. UPPER MARGIN: “It’s a bare allegation for me to tell YOUR court that January 28, 2022 my phone’s email was hacked and CGIs were made of me at a 2020 protest I never even went to before Andrew/Krystie of Buffalo FBI pointed guns at me forcing me to get into the car and meet them with the US Marshals to force me to plead guilty.”
“…Dept. of Justice, not the Dept. of Prosecution. I was the Cattaraugus County Libertarian Party Chairman, John Flynn was a county level DA, his brother Charlie Flynn was Niagara County Libertarian Chairman. The Libertarian Party did not like dealing with the Flynns. Abolish prosecution.
“So Sean Eldridge, who lets Katie [last name] listen to my phone calls, gets her in contact with Monroe County Jail inmates so they can write about the Wenkeville reunion of Wenke Rd. outside Olean in soap on the gym floor, and he has also paid Katie via Cashapp to type up something on me before he forced Victoria Bahl to miss her April 21st deadline, I advise Sean to be prepared for my mother’s inevitable paying a private firm.
