The following records were obtained from the Niagara County Jail, where Luke Wenke was detained three separate times over a roughly three-year period. He was first housed at the facility following his arrest in Olean, New York on a federal cyberstalking charge in January of 2022. Wenke spent a single day at the jail in January of 2025 before being transferred elsewhere, only to be moved back to Niagara County the following month. Wenke remained there for several months before being ordered to under compulsory mental health treatment at a federal medical prison in late April of last year.
One thing I find particularly interesting about Luke Wenke’s jail records is that several of them state that he has no history of mental illness or substance abuse issues, despite court documents noting concerns about alleged substance abuse dating back to before his first cyberstalking arrest.
