The following email was added to the USA v. Luke Wenke court docket on October 30th, 2025 via the publicly-accessible PACER court records database. In the email, Wenke falsely accuses the court and one of his victims of violating his HIPAA — or, as Wenke spells it, “HIPPA” — rights. Wenke also claims that his electronic devices are being hacked and insinuates that one of his victims is gaining illicit access to his court records — which, as I previously stated, are accessible to the public at PACER.gov.
