Signed “Love – Luke Wenke,” the letter expresses Wenke’s apparent fantasy about opening a nuclear power plant with backing from Carl Paladino and royal guests Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in attendance at a ribbon cutting ceremony.

“I am in a great mood as I write this to your court because I always knew I could come out of this situation good with everybody.
“We in the vicinity of Tim Murphy are looking forward to helping Carl Paladino become the sole proprietor of a nuclear power plant to be built in Orleans County which will be selling nuclear energy all over the world. Carl is long time friends with John’s friend Donald, and Carl has free ‘secretary help’ coming his way soon to help him file the papers to get this built so the papers look formal for the Robert H Jackson US courthouse to accept. No forged handwriting.
“It will be a great addition for Ellicott Development so Carl can finally become a billionaire. It will help provide a tax base for Orleans County so they can stop calling themselves ‘Poorleans County’. We look forward to getting a joint ribbon cutting with Carl, Nick Langworthy, and Santa Barbara CA residents Prince Harry and Megan Markle.
“Most importantly, this will provide an amplified federal tax base so Siemens Dresser Rand of Olean can make the upgraded public safety equipment needed to repeal and replace federal threats cases as talked about in this courtroom. We will make the national debt go down, not up.
