“Maybe there comes a day I can speak more freely with those who have been involved in this situation. Until then, I am still having to fight things off accordingly and use my version of legal talk.
“I am allowed to ask if there are any conflict of interest entanglements in the Robert H Jackson US Courthouse with the 2nd Circuit. For example in Cattaraugus County I know that at least at one point it was one way or the other — you could be either both the Mayor of Olean/Salamanca and on the Cattaraugus County Legislature, or you could be on the Olean/Salamanca city council and on the county legislature. I believe not both but it was one or the other and the other wasn’t allowed. Are there conflict of interest entanglements with the Robert H Jackson US Courthouse and the 2nd Circuit?
“I am allowed to say that I am happy this facility has an Oct. 7th maximum holding date for me which was given to me one week after I brought up concerns that Katie [last name] modified the sentencing paperwork that was given to me by a Niagara County Jail officer as that county jail knew I wasn’t present in the courtroom to receive the sentencing.
“The warden of this facility is now aware of Katie’s website and Facebook page which have been violating my HIPPA rights for over half a year now as this particular court continues to do nothing about it — she did know about April 10th court hearing before I or any relatives did, for example. So if anything in terms of my sitdowns with Dr. Gorham at this facility or my attempts to get glasses here as I have not had any in a year as you all know or anything else of a medical nature is published on Katie’s internet medians, we will know that at least the warden had a fair warning.”

“Since Frank Passafiume and Fonda Kubiak have said right to my mother and father’s faces that they believe probation is paying Katie, I can ask if Katie has anything to do with this facility’s case manager in terms of my status after that Oct. 7th maximum date? I remember Fonda saying probation expires June 2025 (no day mentioned, though) but the sentencing guidelines maximum in October overrides probation’s expiration. I am prepared to sue over forged court motions right away upon release if it has to go that way. No court over extended probation.
“With that being said, might I suggest one, any, Judge step forward and authorize a nationwide defunding of federal probation? Probation shoves everyone back in jail no matter what. People who remain perpetually violated have jobs, own property, have families. Probation pushes them to the brink; back to jail. No more job, the family goes on welfare, property taxes fall behind. Meanwhile ICE needs help deporting illegals who live on welfare. Might I suggest a nationwide defunding of federal probation and a reallocation of those funds into ICE?
“Lawsuits. Everyone settles things with me before I drop a giant stack of papers on the Pro Se Court’s desk and sit at the library logged into somebody else’s account giving one star ratings to every last private firm in Buffalo NY accusing them of not helping me.
“I wanted a ballot for the 2024 election. Voter suppression.
“Why am I watching Fox News anchors at this facility complain that the “Iranian regime lies”? October 2023, [probation officer] called me and wanted me to come to Buffalo to take a urine test. That urine test hasn’t…”

UPPER MARGIN: “Everything I send in the mail is liable to be classified as a Poorman’s Copyright in my book. Meanwhile me and [Victim 1] both have Copyrights this court will hopefully uphold here in an era where Donald Trump fired Obama’s appointed Head of the Library of Congress who probably took a bunch of copyright information with her to make money. At least that’s what I read.”
“…happened yet, has it? January 27th 2022 I got a phone call from the Olean Police, “come help us with your neighbor.” The next day I show up as the homeowning property taxpayer that I am ready to help the police with the neighbor I was calling them about, there’s Andrew and Krystie of the Buffalo FBI cornering me forgetting to ask first if my phone was hacked. Does Peter Grazi’s family and friends entourage want to live in a world where police officers have a right to lie or mislead US citizens on duty? So I will start by suing the Olean Police as I accuse them of destroying my entire house during a search and seizure I was not present for, and William J. Aiello can start settling things with me by passing a citywide law saying law enforcement cannot lie to or mislead US citizens on duty otherwise if a provable lie or misleading is ever present then any potential charges are immediately dropped. I imagine Bill Aiello’s daughter doesn’t want to be lied to about her excess in city traffic ticket dues so William J. Aiello can pass this law after I play bigger fish and accuse the Olean Police of wrecking my house. Until then, all law enforcement officials associated with my situation are no better than the ‘lying Iranian regime’ Fox News complains about.
“Katie is violating my HIPPA rights. What if I had to give out my Social Security information to a bank from this facility? There is a 44 year old Navajo native here preparing to get $90,000 of back payments upon release next year. Why is everything on Katie’s website even findable to begin with? Do we get to FOIA/FOIL and find out what Peter Grazi spikes his bourbon with before he pours it down a funnel lodged up his ass? That detail of Peter Grazi’s case should be protected by his HIPPA rights.
“Now onto a lawsuit concept I think everyone associated with my situation…”

UPPER MARGIN: “Let it be known I would gladly sign over an entire wrongful incarceration check over to the Buffalo Federal Public Defender’s Office. Peter Grazi’s embezzled attorneys need help. I will also write a book and sign off all proceeds to Prince Harry’s ‘WellChild’ charity. I’m about to make 7 digits per year in 2 years or less anyways now that I know the maximum of when this will end.”
“…can get behind. The Libertarian Party. It doesn’t get us laid and it doesn’t get us paid. It’s 50+ years of language it uses to describe ‘the omnipotent state’ forcing it to come up with legal loopholes such as the Dallas Accord has to come to an end. I am absolutely a Lifetime Libertarian member and I absolutely ran for national chairman in 2020. The former national chairman Nick Sarwark kept cancelling and moving the national convention in 2020 because of Covid. Ok well then due to a lack of witnesses and credible notaries it’s legally possible that I am actually the national chairman. That’s probably what all of those fist fights at the 2024 convention were over. Did they elect me as national chairman? That was back before this court acquired the paperwork needed to state that I am fucking competent. So I don’t know what the fuck they did with my prior national chairman candidacy. In the early 1970s the NY Libertarian Party couldn’t agree on a state chairman. The person they elected kept refusing to accept the position. This is what happens when that organization has “NOTA” as a ubiquitous ballot option. In 2020 a fake Facebook profile created by Tony D’Orazio of Rochester called “Dulap Nelson” got more votes than I did for national chairman.
“So I guess it’s legally possible for us to sell the Libertarian National Committee to Carl Paladino in exchange for a Burger King coupon flipbook since that’s what the Libertarian Party and it’s ‘Audacious Caucus’ bullshit is worth. Rename the LNC ‘How To Lose Elections for 50+ Years for Dummies’ and uphold the sales transfer at the US Supreme Court as is possible after Appeals options are exhausted.
