Luke Wenke sent the following letter to the Honorable Lawrence J. Vilardo — a federal judge with no involvement in Wenke’s case — while detained at the Chicago Metropolitan Correctional Center in November of 2024.

“Hello Larry Vilardo,

“My grandmother was Carolyn Jane Panada Giardini. She was Justice of the Peace for the town of Carrollton NY. I’ve been face to face with Italian American Judges under normal circumstances.

“How can you tell Richard Greer did what his paperwork says he did? I’m competent and I remember him at Orleans County Jail. His wife left him, he’d be happier with a midget. Anyone can hack someone else’s credit card and buy illegal things off the internet. Where’s the search warrant to hack into someone’s webcam and plant false evidence pictures of the person sitting at the computer? Counterman v. Colorado 600 U.S. 66, on June 27th 2023 in front of the U.S. Supreme Court, laid the framework for us to be unable to tell who is behind an electronic device. Richard Greer just needs a midget from the Philippines, not Obamacare mental health mandates. U.S. military veterans like Richard Greer are out there fighting for freedom to marry midgets.

People who did 20 years for murders they apparently didn’t do getting millions of taxpayers’ dollars for wrongful incarceration checks. We’ve already covered Richard Greer’s sketchy paperwork. What’s going on with Khaled and Waleed Abughanem’s family’s evidence-less paperwork? Better forge Luke Wenke’s handwriting and send a note over to their judge seeing what’s going on. ‘Luke Wenke’s handwriting’ has been sent to Larry Vilardo’s courtroom from Orleans County Jail where all officers know the name of a [city] NY redhead who lies about Frank Passafiume and now facing grand theft auto charges after she had an extramarital affair with a NY state trooper early 2022 to get out of the original charges. This handwriting was also sent to Richard Arcara’s courtroom too, I believe.

“Which of the judges at the Robert H Jackson US Courthouse has relatives facing drugs and sex trafficking charges? It was Waleed Abughanem’s former lawyer who got raided over the matter. We need to put all this drugs and sex trafficking stuff down in Salamanca NY where federal laws come to a default on Seneca land. All those Seneca owned marijuana stores in Salamanca are putting fentanyl in their products to beat out their competition. Every time a native american faces a federal judge, Kinzua Dams get built. Time to crackdown on Salamanca’s Seneca sovereignty by getting ‘Seneca Vice’ built nice and far away from Buffalo’s snob knob neighborhoods and in Salamanca with Waleed Abughanem’s former lawyer walking around in a ten gallon cowboy hat, bolo, and giant belt buckle selling products like ‘Vietnam War Veterans’ Choice Meth’ and services like ‘Midget Bunnies’ for Richard Greer.

Shame I couldn’t help Trump 2024 this year since I’m unsentenced with an inordinate delay.”

“…Dennis with a signed statement saying someone else was drunk driving. Sanford Church sent him to prison anyways. Sanford Church had Cal Share saying his probation officer lied. Sanford Church had Brian Heschke an illegally convicted pedophile without a presentence investigation even though he was put back into Orleans County Jail on a probation violation. They NY Commission on Judicial Conduct got lots of letters with my handwriting over the matter. They mad?

“How come John Sinatra’s court claims they lost evidence of a recorded phone call at Orleans County Jail of a [city] NY redhead who works on her laptop from home for an attorney speaking to an inmate about where in the jail Luke Wenke was? That [city] redhead is facing federal grand theft auto charges, as I’ve said. Did John Sinatra’s court have a secret court hearing without the defendant present on Oct. 29th? Is John Sinatra’s court abiding by this alleged Rule 32 of court rules requiring sentencing without an inordinate delay? Or is his court still holding Waleed Abughanem past his locked plea arrangement time? Does John Sinatra’s court stenographer type up a bunch of things nobody actually said in court to get people falsely convicted of making false statements in court? Does Nancy Pelosi-Congress-appointed Judge John Sinatra hold people unsentenced past Election Day so they can’t vote for Donald Trump?

“Does El Chapo’s third cousin Marcos Loera Torress forge Luke Wenke’s handwriting in room 1704 of the Chicago Metropolitan Correction Center sending things in the mail every time the Chicago facility locks absolutely everybody in the building down all because El Chapo’s son has court? Marcos Loera Torress’s Chicago Judge Judge Shaw needs to deport these illegals quicker. Mexican illegals like to extort U.S. citizens from Buffalo NY by forcing them to put commissary money on their accounts and extorting them for more than they actually bought when the stuff comes on Wednesdays. Better look into Judge Shaw’s favoritism towards Mexican illegals.

He’s coming to visit an inmate here on the 17th floor on Dec. 6th facing 195 years for gun charges. That inmate’s family absolutely paid $5000 to that attorney already. Sounds like Richard I. Fine has lots of work coming his way so he’s ready to hire the entire Buffalo NY U.S. District Attorney’s Office for higher salaries. -Luke Wenke’s handwriting”
