LETTER: Luke Wenke Demands My Arrest & Imprisonment On Bogus Car Theft Charges

Luke Wenke sent this letter to the Honorable John L. Sinatra, Jr. while detained at the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Much like other letters sent during this time period, Wenke used a false Florida return address, but the postmark shows that the letter was sent from Oklahoma City.

Apparently forgetting that he was the one under legal scrutiny at the time, Luke Wenke falsely accused me of multiple crimes and instructed Judge Sinatra to start doing the “necessary paperwork” to get me arrested and put me in jail. Wenke also questioned how I knew he had been in solitary confinement a few months earlier during his time at the Orleans County Jail, speculating that I have some sort of “inside” connections that informed me he was in protective custody.

The reality is much less scandalous: I knew Luke Wenke was in solitary confinement because he had already mentioned it multiple times in his previous letters to the court, which are part of the public record and are therefore accessible to civilians such as myself.

“Is the stenographer of this court doing a good job copying and pasting my handwriting to this court updating this court about my whereabouts? I’m in Grady County OK again.

“Who gave Katie [last name] a key to my car in 2022 when this case started? Was it Ron the Investigator who probably ‘investigates’ on behalf of both the Buffalo Federal Public Defender’s Office and the U.S. District Attorney’s Office? I’m happy that he drove my wallet to my mother’s house at [address] in Little Valley. But was it him who gave a key to my car to Katie early 2022? While I was at Niagara County Jail she took my car down to Pennsylvania and racked up a bunch of traffic tickets and EZ Pass Lane tickets in my name. Then she took my car over to Professional Recovery and somehow told my Wells Fargo creditor to go pick up my 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid. My mother absolutely spoke to law enforcement about this but Wells Fargo wouldn’t let my mother know about my information. So how was Katie able to do this? It’s not too late for me to put her in jail over grand theft auto charges, which I gladly will for all that she did this year to work against me. You all remember that recorded phone call at Orleans County Jail where she was heard speaking with an inmate knowing I was in that room. Can’t blame Orleans County Jail for losing that phone call forever.

“What is [probation officer] going to do? Is he going to continue speaking against me in court as he did as recently as July 30th? He’s been face to face with me in my own house on top of finding me at work for Skyy Homes Medical Transportation. The least he could do is get on top of the recent police report concerning a break in in my house my grandmother [name] made. He could even get on top of ‘investigating’ alongside Ron the paperwork concerning my 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid Katie put into the possession of Professional Recovery and somehow got my Wells Fargo representatives to cooperate. Clue #1, it was my father Kevin [last name] of [redacted] in Buffalo [redacted] who you all know who went to get the license plates in 2022. I think grand theft auto charges are perfect for Katie the lifelong sugar bitch who goes by her exhusband of 12 years ago’s last name. Richard Greer’s former public defender Erin Adams…”

“…represent Katie so there are no continued conflicts of interest. Feel free to get busy producing needed to get Katie arrested so I can sign it in person next time I’m in court. I talked about this on the phone with my mother at the Chicago Metropolitan Correction Center. Katie somehow had a copy of my FBI Discovery before my own relatives did. Hopefully she isn’t editing my Chicago paperwork Officers Nelson and Watkins produced. So prepare to get her arrested for grand theft auto please and thank you because fuck having her testify against me in this court. I will do my part and call Erie County Sheriff’s Office best I can from where I’m at.

“What happened to my ballot I had been requesting as early as Sept. 2024? Are we going to blame the Cattaraugus County Board of Elections so we can sue them so hard they lose their money and then NY state has to make state district boards of elections a thing? Are we blaming an apathetic Re-Entry Affairs Dept. of the Chicago Metropolitan Correction Center for losing it? Officers Nelson and Watkins knew I got a hold of Re-Entry Affairs over the matter. I’m happy Donald Trump’s friends Carl Paladino and Assemblyman David DiPietro have known me since 2019 so we can all look into this together. Katie’s ex-boyfriend/my first cousin twice removed [name] knows Carl too and so does Kevin Bartholomew who wrote a letter to this court in 2022 on my behalf. We need to find out if the Cattaraugus County Board of Elections has me listed as ‘voted’ or not.

“I heard on the radio in Chicago about people who did 20 years in prison for murder they’re claiming they didn’t do getting out as innocent and getting wrongful incarceration checks of up to $1 million. Where does that money come from? I think it should come from Iran. Maybe even the Ukraine. Or maybe even Taiwan.

“I remember Officers Nelson and Watkins asking me ‘what do you want the judge to do’. I think John L. Sinatra Jr. should say waive all further motions, time served no more supervised release, and put Katie in jail for grand theft auto as I requested earlier. We have more important things to do, like making sure the Trump 47 administration nominates Carl Paladino for U.S. Ambassador to Brazil where the minimum wage is much lower than China’s -Luke Wenke”
