“I can only play Theme From New York New York on piano by memory in terms of that song’s author. Fly Me To The Moon is in my mind as I write this, I could figure that one out easily. In a world where everyone knows my handwriting by now to try and get me in trouble by claiming it’s me saying things, I believe I recall what President Lula da Silva of Brazil did 19 months in prison for but I’m not entirely sure. I’ll admit to this in court that I did not smoke marijuana until 2013 when a piano tuning customer in Jamestown I knew from Ralph Rasmussen’s Jamestown Community College jazz band did not have enough money to pay me so I accepted marijuana through a gas mask bong as payment. In a world where families of judges are facing judges these days, Carolyn Giardini’s oldest grandson (me) would be more than happy to tune 10 pianos completely free of charge so there can be Buffalo NY eyewitnesses to the fact that yes I can tune pianos.
“When I write letters directly to the court, usually it’s because I’m simply aware you all know each other outside of the courtroom. Grandma Giardini took her Justice of the Peace of Carrollton NY position through the help of Ross Perot’s Reform Party (Independence Party of NY), Grandpa Giardini was her baliff, Grandpa’s cousin Margie Capuzzi helped that court find things in the area to take to their court, and together they along with everyone in their orbit were the ‘Chipmunk NY Mafia’. I believe I recall reading a book at Allenwood about the four generations of President John Adams’ family with a quote saying when the families of the local judges face the federal judges and vice versa, your country is having issues.
“Look what’s going on with my house. I understand this court has legal needs. My mind is also perfectly competent and I remember Frank saying ‘let’s end probation’ to me Jan. 2024, and I recall Frank Sinatra’s relation making a clicking noise with his tongue and saying ‘we can waive things’ in court on July 30th. One or two months of Horizons as a stipulation before it’s truly done? Then fine, do it. It will be Doordash in Buffalo on those days on top of fulfilling those 10 free piano tunings I offered up above. 2 of 5 of my post-cyberstalking case income plans recently fell flat; that restaurant and Rod Edwards. I will see what distant relatives Michael Crick has these days who need transportation since Michael Crick hasn’t gone to the other side yet which he claims he can see and speak to like Rod Edwards claimed as well. I will see if Abdul of Skyy Homes Medical Transportation is still there. So since 2 of 5 income source plans recently fell flat, I will tune 10 pianos in the Buffalo NY area free of charge to prove to eyewitnesses that yes I can tune pianos. Grandma Giardini played the organ for the church like her mother and my mother did/do. ‘If we have to go to church we might as well get paid’ said/say all three generations of those women. Grandpa Giardini played the radio. I wonder what Frank Sinatra’s Buffalo NY area distant brousins play, if anything?

My mother spoke to a NY state Trooper in 2022 concerning a redheaded resident of [city] NY who got my car repo’d. Why didn’t that NY state Trooper follow thorough on pressing charges on her? Did he too along with Olean Officer Pavlock have an affair with her? Glad my second cousin Chris Giardini Jr. just became a NY state Trooper so we can find out. And that’s how calling people into testify against me will go…”
“…in person at my Olean polling location on Election Day, I get an early voting absentee ballot and vote from the shower at Orleans County Jail, or I get the US Marshals/eager and angry family relations to serve Pro Se court lawsuit papers so we can investigate Nancy Pelosi Congress-appointed judges for sketchy evidence-less convictions concerning the Abughanem family and why their son at Orleans County Jail, as of Aug. 2024, remained in custody unsentenced with an inordinate delay according to the 18 months and no probation he bragged he had on paper. I wonder which of the 3 options will happen?
“Mid-July 2024 at Orleans County Jail with Frank and Fonda present, as well as my most recent competency analysis at this Chicago skyscraper jail with Officers Watkins and Nelson present, I was asked what I want the judge to do. Luke Wenke’s handwriting is here to say that I want everything else waived and I want time served no more probation. I want [probation officer] to sit in the bleechers section of the court and not talk since on July 30th he said ‘probation has concerns’ in court even though he’s been face to face with me in my own house with no problems. I want Jay Ovsiovitch out in Rochester to file a motion to Appeal right afterwards. Add a month or two of Horizons afterward as a stipulation all you need to. I’ll wear a padded helmet that says ‘borderline personality traits’ and I’ll play patty cake patty cake baker’s man at Horizons over the matter while sleeping on father and stepmother’s couch so we can St. Expedite this Leviticus 19:16 violation off the face of the Earth.
“Here’s what’s going to happen next. History always repeats itself. Chelsea Manning got commuted, and then she got subpoena’d two years later. Chelsea Manning didn’t have the balls to show up to court, so ‘she’ was put into jail. I had the balls to show up Dec. 2023 even though my heart was racing after a week of Tweeting obscenities at the failed Libertarian party. What will happen next is we will all continue to check up on each other accordingly. I will Pro Se sue everyone whoever wronged me and who knows, maybe here in the era of former prosecutors gone defense, someone will pick up my Pro Se cases and put them in a normal courtroom. Settlements will be made quickly. I also expect to be issued subpoenas at light speed so I can testify in court about my ideas on getting Sydnie Watt of I-86’s Exit 23’s M&Ms Junction to build ‘Seneca Vice’ built in Salamanca, where federal laws come to a default, so she can turn Salamanca into Amsterdam selling things like ‘Vietnam War Veterans’ Choice Meth’ or offering services like ‘Midget Dwarf Bunnies’ to satisfy Fonda’s former client Richard Greer’s needs. The entire Seneca Nation of Indians Fire Dept. is caucasian so we might as well testify in court on our ideas concerning Italian business executives walking around Sydnie Watt’s Seneca Vice wearing ten gallon cowboy hats, bolos, and giant belt buckles.
“So many more positive pursuits to go after when President Jesus comes back other than questioning me over a 4+ year old Facebook group over an alleged State of Iroquois. We need my 2019 LP presidential candidate and Capitol Rioter Daniel Christmann to become a NYC desalination plant owner since he says NYC takes our water. -Luke Wenke”
