• “‘Luke Wenke’s handwriting’ has been sent to Larry Vilardo’s courtroom from Orleans County Jail where all officers know the name of a [city] NY redhead who lies about Frank Passafiume and now facing grand theft auto charges after she had an extramarital affair with a NY state trooper early 2022 to get out of the original charges.” (p. 1)

Did she have an affair with that NY state Trooper? I’m glad my second cousin Chris Giardini Jr. just became a NY state Trooper so he can help look into this. • “Luke Wenke’s grandmother [name] of [redacted] NY recently filed a police report concerning a recent break in into Luke Wenke’s home at [address] in Olean NY. The suspected individual continues to be Katie [last name] of [city] as she maintains a key to that house. She had a copy of Luke Wenke’s FBI Discovery before any of Luke Wenke’s relatives did. She maintains the ability to receive copies of Luke Wenke’s fingerprints to smudge all over falsified evidence all she pleases, and she maintains the ability to dedicate her time to going into Luke Wenke’s home to continue forging Luke Wenke’s handwriting to produce false mailed letters claiming to be from Luke Wenke the same way she was able to.” (p. 1)

• “All written letters with falsified fingerprint evidence are liable to be Katie [last name] unusually admitting her own guilt as 2022 police work reporting to her [city] home has her documented as appearing ‘drugged and schizophrenic’, as schizophrenia usually comes with a multiple personality disorder issue. She is also behind a recent Yelp account attacking Luke Wenke’s mother Janet McCaul’s former Salamanca NY restaurant J&J’s. She is also being accused of manipulating the reception and delivery of Luke Wenke’s early voting absentee ballot he had made known to multiple court officials…” (p. 2)

• “John Sinatra’s courtroom is refusing to convict Katie [last name] over what she did to Luke Wenke’s 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid early 2022. Katie somehow forged my signature to get Wells Fargo to give her my paperwork and then she took the car to Professional Recovery near Buffalo and got my car repo’d. Ron the Investigator of the U.S. District Attorney’s Office gave a key to Luke Wenke’s car to Katie [last name] early 2022, and now Katie’s boyfriend [name] (Buffalo Federal Probation employee) is refusing to do something concerning the police report documented break in into Luke Wenke’s house at [address] in Olean. Grand theft auto + forgery = Katie [last name].” (p. 1)

• “Western New York man hater Katie [last name] (use$ her exhusband of 12 years ago’s last name) of [city] is now being accused of using her connections she used to get Luke Wenke’s FBI Discovery to maliciously impersonate men on the internet such as Richard Greer and make false claims that he is swiping his credit card and paying families in former American territories like the Phillippines to make their kids do things on camera. • “As long as xx35 years of age [city] NY redhead is going to keep breaking into my house with a recent police report to back up my claims so she can go into the bedroom closest to the top of the stairs putting all of that kinbaku rope on her along with the cuffs and the collar/muzzle hybrid hanging on the wall last I saw it while making [probation officer] wear a paper bag over his face with a printed photograph of me on the bag, I am more than happy to dial it up a notch and ask that charges be placed on her for what she did to my car early 2022 with my father Kevin [last name], Ron the Investigator, and Marianne Mariano witness to my claims.” (p. 1)

• “[Probation officer] has been face to face with me in my own self-financed private house with his black female coworker (pre and post 2023 affirmative action abolition), he has seen me in the green Skyy Homes van out in public with no problem Alexander Anzalone and David Rudroff absolutely competently remember me working in briefly in 2023, but then [probation officer] cooperated with Katie [last name]’s September 2023 lies to the [city] NY police as well as October 2023 lies telling me ‘come up to Buffalo for a urine test’ that never happened before he ordered his tax subsidized probation subordinates to jam me into Cattaraugus County Jail over letters with a map of the United States that are no longer legally valid anymore anyways.” (p. 2)

I did not do a damn thing out in Minneapolis 4 years ago at the George Floyd protests and nobody was present for an alleged email that was sent January 2022. Did this case actually take a plea deal or did it go to trial, no witnesses showed up, it lost anyways, and John Sinatra put down on paper forging that it took a plea deal to make himself look good? “ (p. 1)

• “She was not instructed to lie to the [city] Police about me September 2023, she very clearly did so herself. April 2024 she does the same thing again; she called Orleans County Jail complaining about what I had to say over these letters to the court.” (p. 1)

Discovery before any of my relatives did in 2022 from an unknown mysterious source so she is absolutely liable to have the ability to get my fingerprints from the same source and smudge them all over letters forging my court documented handwriting…” (p. 1)

• “There is much more to Luke Wenke than using his eyeballs to look at government officials and form politically oriented opinions on them. Somebody needs to know that especially after seeing no significant other on his Wikipedia April 2023 when I got home; don’t say I didn’t warn you about Katie [last name]’s financially devastating man seduction tactics.” (p. 4)

• “Is Katie still lying to the [city] Police about license plates my father turned in and is she still practicing forging my handwriting? • “So be it, and now you can have legal evidence that I know how to write in cursive so that way multiple people will know that I know how to and they won’t be able to pretend to be me over cursive the same way Katie [last name] lied to the [city] police in September about license plates formerly in my name which my father turned in.” (p. 1)

• “In September, Katie absolutely lied to the [city] police about 2022 license plates of mine she said she saw near her house. Too bad because my father turned those in in 2022 legally.” (p. 4)

• “I am concerned about Katie. My mother called NY state troopers on her last year and now there is NY state trooper paperwork saying Katie had schizophrenia and appeared to be on drugs at the front door. She and [probation officer] worked together in September trying to get me arrested illegally claiming old license plates of mine that were legally turned in last year and I’m sure there is still [city] police proof of this too. My mother said Katie had my FBI Discovery last year before any of us did. Marianne Mariano did not trust Katie last year when she met Katie face to face.
