The Luke Wenke Files

On Tuesday, October 27th, 2025, the Honorable John L. Sinatra, Jr. sentenced convicted cyberstalker Luke Wenke to time served for a probation violation charge dating back to 2023. After spending more than two years in custody (minus one week on an ankle monitor before his online behavior landed him back in jail), Luke Wenke is now living in the free world, and for the first time in more than three-and-a-half years, he’s not under any type of legal supervision or bound by the court in any way.

Perhaps not surprisingly, Luke Wenke has already started bombarding the federal court with bizarre correspondence since regaining his full freedom. Yesterday — less than 24 hours after his court hearing — Judge Sinatra received an email from Wenke filled with ramblings of a typical nature: perceived injustices, false criminal allegations, and attempts to shift legal scrutiny toward his victims and those he feels wronged by.

In one of his most classic moves, Luke Wenke implies throughout the letter that someone has hacked his phone and that an imposter is responsible for sending the email. He also suggests that a runaway AI feature on his phone is to blame for the email and any future unwanted correspondence.

Luke Wenke Targets the Libertarian Party and This Website

In the following email, which is titled “Testing 123,” Luke Wenke fixates on his misgivings with the Libertarian Party, whom he has targeted relentlessly and repeatedly over the last several years in his letters to the court. He goes on to criticize the party for its allegedly misguided endorsement of well-known Libertarian activist/politician Larry Sharpe.

Anyone who’s known Wenke for any extended length of time likely knows that he and Sharpe were once on amicable terms. While I can’t speculate on the specific dynamics of why that’s no longer the case, Larry Sharpe is just one of dozens of people Wenke seems to have burned bridges with in recent years. Many (if not most) of these individuals, including myself, simply want to be left alone but are continuously targeted by Wenke, even when we block and/or ignore his unwanted contact. Yet, somehow, Wenke continues to believe that he’s the victim and that everyone else is the problem.

After baselessly attacking the Libertarian Party and Sharpe, Wenke shifts his focus toward this website, which he falsely accuses of violating his HIPAA (or, as Wenke spells it, “HIPPA”) rights. Everything I share on this website is a matter of public record.

Additionally, I redact a lot of sensitive personal information from the documents I share, including addresses, phone numbers, certain names, and other details regarding Wenke and his family members. I’m not required to do this, and I could stop at any time.

I only continue to obscure these details because most of Wenke’s family members are unaffiliated with his actions. They don’t deserve to have their privacy compromised simply for being related to a bad apple who apparently has nothing better to do than obsess over people who want nothing to do with him. (Wenke’s enablers, on the other hand, are another story for another day.)

This Website’s Policy Toward Interacting With Luke Wenke

I’ve maintained a strict zero contact policy with Luke Wenke since ending our friendship during the spring of 2022, and I plan to keep it that way. Luke Wenke has NOT respected my wish for zero contact and to be left alone, hence this website’s existence. Simply put, I realized that Luke Wenke was never going to leave me alone, so I figured I might as well get my two cents in edgewise and warn the public about his behavior in hopes of sparing any potential targets from the hell-ish reality that me and many others have endured.

Now that Luke Wenke is free, my zero contact approach will continue. I’ll ignore him if he contacts me, his known profiles will remain blocked, and he’ll still be unwelcome to participate in any discussions I facilitate with my readers. I’ll also refrain from posting anything that I think Luke Wenke may have specifically created in an attempt to use my website as a medium for broadcasting his agenda.

In fact, I almost didn’t post this email because Wenke knows I share his letters on this website, and I don’t want to risk becoming an unintentional intermediary who helps get his convoluted messages out to the world. But people have expressed an interest in seeing the email, I think people deserve to see it, and I refuse to let Luke Wenke intimidate me into silence.

The Impact of Luke Wenke’s Actions On My Life and My Attitude Going Forward

I spent years living like a recluse and verging on a nervous breakdown due to Luke Wenke’s incessant harassment and stalking. To this day, I struggle with post traumatic stress disorder due to his refusal to stop obsessing over me.

Luke Wenke’s actions have impacted my livelihood, friendships, relationships, sense of safety (or lack thereof), mental health, and other parts of my life that are essential to a person’s well-being, compelling me to exist in silence, secrecy, and shame while I prayed that he’d just fucking stop. By creating this website after nearly three years of being victimized with no end in sight, I felt like I was defending the remaining shred of dignity and morsel of self-esteem Wenke’s actions had left me with.

Luke Wenke relentlessly tried ruining every fathomable aspect of my life, even after I became a hermit and quit social media in hopes that he’d get bored and stop like the police told me he would. It didn’t happen, and I have every right to share the truth and put my story out there, especially after the highly damaging ways he smeared my name and blatantly lied about me, including in very public social media posts and bogus police complaints, before he was tossed back into the clink.

As you’ll notice, the vast majority of my content consists of official records, including Luke Wenke’s letters to the court. For the most part, I let the evidence of Wenke’s own actions and words speak for itself. Luke Wenke has always loved having the last word and broadcasting his opinion, yet he doesn’t seem to like it now that it’s happening on someone else’s terms. In my opinion, it’s just one of many examples demonstrating how he feels entitled to maliciously slander others (based largely on blatant lies) while challenging the public’s right to call him out on it.

In short, Luke Wenke has made it clear that he’s never going to stop with his convoluted mission to make his victims “pay” for perceived injustices. And as long as he continues his baseless campaign of terror, I will continue fighting against it.
