Just when I thought Luke Wenke’s ramblings couldn’t get anymore pointless, he mailed this two-page diatribe to the federal courthouse in Buffalo, New York while incarcerated at FMC Devens, a federal medical prison in Massachusetts. As I predicted, Luke Wenke is now blaming his current predicament/legal situation on his public defenders — AKA his team of free, taxpayer-funded, hardworking lawyers who most likely don’t do their job for the money.
In the following letter, which is addressed to the Honorable Richard J. Arcara (a judge uninvolved in the case), Wenke threatens to bring his cyberstalking victim before a “European international court” while claiming that his victim has knowledge about Hamas that they failed to share with law enforcement. Wenke also condemns the court for failing to reconnect him with his romantic obsession (typically known as “Ryan”), who wants absolutely nothing to do with him (according to credible sources who are familiar with that situation firsthand).
Nevermind that the court isn’t a matchmaking service and that it’s not their job to bring long, lost lovers together. Luke Wenke never had a romantic relationship with Ryan and he clearly thinks that it’s the court’s job to facilitate his stalking. As I’ve stated multiple times before, I think it’s safe to assume that the mental health treatment that the court forced Wenke to undergo is a colossal failure. He very obviously sees nothing wrong with his behaviour and is still terrifyingly preoccupied with his victims.
Luke Wenke Accuses Victims of Cyberstalking
Toward the end of the letter, Wenke mentions his vision of “finally” getting me and another person he targets in an unrelenting fashion charged with cyberstalking. The other person Wenke names, Kevin, runs the Life22 YouTube channel, where he reads the many letters he’s received from Wenke (including some that remained unopened until the time of broadcast). I also have jail records showing the number of letters Wenke has sent to Kevin over the years, leaving no doubt in my mind about who’s stalking who.
I’ve never cyberstalked Luke Wenke or anyone else and I never will. Everything I share on my webpage is either publicly available online, including Wenke’s own social media posts, or it’s accessible to civilians through publicly accessible official court records databases (namely PACER).
Over the past three-plus years, I’ve been contacted repeatedly by Luke Wenke, the Foot Soldier, and Wenke’s fellow inmates, but I have not initiated contact with Luke Wenke. In fact, until I started this website nine months ago (Dec. 1, 2024), I essentially lived in hiding, even largely avoiding social media because Wenke had people watching my friends-only posts and I realised that the internet should come with no expectation of privacy.
Normal people my age post photos with friends, family, and romantic partners. They document their travels, share pictures from vacations and parties, and interact with others by exchanging comments on posts. I did almost none of that. In addition to deactivating my Facebook account, I rarely used Instagram, and every time I posted something, it somehow got back to Wenke, so my posts were typically generic and vague in nature.
I lived like a recluse for years to avoid Luke Wenke, yet his harassment, slander, threats, unwanted contact, and other legally ambiguous/arguably criminal behaviour has only escalated. So I ask again: who’s stalking who?

“I will have you, the Senior District Judge of Buffalo, know that I fully intend on getting the international court of Europe after [Victim 1] of Minneapolis due to his obvious connections to Hamas. You are allowing John Sinatra to cover for him by putting only his initials on paperwork, I will be more than happy to do what I can to make [Victim 1] face a European international court lawsuit concerning his withholding of information about Hamas. His client [romantic obsession, “Ryan”]’s attorney client privileges are quite a compromise to peace with the Israel/Hamas issue.
“There is nothing stopping every last US Appeals Court across the country, many of them whose addresses I have, from forging my handwriting exchanging letters with each other suggesting that it is time the Robert H Jackson US Courthouse completely privatizes every last courtroom and every last US District Judge at that Buffalo NY courthouse becomes a privately contracted international lawyer. What a waste of taxpayers’ money the entire Robert H Jackson US Courthouse is in it’s current form. Not one local resident of the Western New York region has ever seen one single federal judge of that courthouse on WIVB, WGRZ, or WKBW. No federal US District Judge of the Robert H Jackson US Courthouse appears to be worth dealing with in the future, so it’s legally possible all US Appeals Courts across the entire country, whose addresses I do in fact have, are forging my handwriting sending notes to each other suggesting making an example out of the Robert H Jackson US Courthouse, completely defunding it, and making all of it’s judges become privately contracted international…”

“…lawyers to generate revenue for every last US Appeals Court to fix everything every district court did wrong during the Biden years. ‘Sinatra’ is a has been name from the 1920’s so might we suggest his courtroom goes the way of Stephen Colbert’s recently cancelled show; as FM radio has said recently happened.
“All US Appeals Courts across the entire country will know about my lawsuit against John Sinatra for things like voter suppression since he never helped me get a 2024 ballot to vote for Donald Trump. Donald Trump will not like hearing this once every US Appeals Court hears about it, so John Sinatra’s job as a judge can go the way of former Congressman Tom Reed’s job as a Congressman since John didn’t have it in him to say a simple time served no more probation.

Frank Passafiume, Fonda Kubiak, and Alexander Anzalone will go down as complacent unhelpful bureaucrats to every last US Appeals Court across the country.
