The following court transcript is from a hearing for USA v. Luke Wenke that took place on February 18th, 2025. The proceeding centered largely around whether Luke Wenke is suffering from a “mental disease or defect” warranting treatment at a so-called “suitable facility.” More specifically, the hearing focused on whether Luke Wenke is delusional.
