Luke Wenke Falsely Accuses Me of Framing a Predator
Proving that he has no moral compass whatsoever and deliberately tries to inflict maximum damage on his victims’ lives, Luke Wenke falsely accuses me of framing his pedophile buddy, who’s currently serving a 78-month federal prison sentence for his ties to a global child exploitation network. Addressed to the Honorable Lawrence J. Vilardo and mailed to the Buffalo federal courthouse in November 2024, this letter (Document #165-1) exemplifies how malicious and truly evil Luke Wenke is.
A respectable person wouldn’t accuse even their worst enemy of the things Luke Wenke accuses me of on a regular basis, but they especially wouldn’t go as far as Luke Wenke goes in this letter. Based on the nature of Wenke’s baseless allegations, it’s logical to assume that he’s trying to destroy my life and get me falsely arrested.
I have nothing to hide. I’m therefore not worried about getting in trouble based on Luke Wenke’s lies. But his false allegations could still severely impact my life. And while I’m not a legal expert, I thought it was a crime to knowingly falsely accuse someone of a crime. He’s trying to get federal authorities to go after me over complete lies. Does that not qualify as a false report? This behaviour should not be tolerated under any circumstances whatsoever.
The most disgusting aspect of this situation is that there are people involved in Luke Wenke’s case who think he’s too delusional to understand the wrongfulness of his actions, but he’s not. He wouldn’t do things like this if his intention wasn’t to damage and/or destroy lives. Moreover, Luke Wenke has been doing things like this for the vast majority of his life — including when he was arguably more “coherent” and cognizant than the people overseeing his case seem to currently believe (they’re fooled, but I digress).

“Digital footprint evidence showing State Assemblyman David DiPietro and State Senator George Borrello texting each other hedging bets on whether they think Judge Vilardo and Judge Sinatra’s family members will follow through on murdering each other as they both try to cover up Judge Arcara’s family’s drugs and sex trafficking business. David and George are also documented as texting each other about the upcoming Andrew Jackson-style duel that’s going to apparently take place between Judge Vilardo and Judge Sinatra as neither of them can currently agree on which of them is going to swear Carl Paladino into office as U.S. Ambassador to Brazil when Trump, thank fucking God, comes back. Photographic proof of Luke Wenke being one of George Borrello’s third tier top donors right in John Sinatra’s courtroom, as neither David or George can legally deny at this point trying to help Luke Wenke get marijuana into the Chicago Metropolitan Correction Center before Officer Fernandez found the marijuana in another inmate’s cell. “John Sinatra’s courtroom is refusing to convict Katie [last name] over what she did to Luke Wenke’s 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid early 2022. Katie somehow forged my signature to get Wells Fargo to give her my paperwork, and then she took the car to Professional Recovery near Buffalo and got my car repo’d. Ron the Investigator of the U.S. District Attorney’s Office gave a key to Luke Wenke’s car to Katie [last name] early 2022, and now Katie’s boyfriend [probation officer] (Buffalo Federal Probation employee) is refusing to do something concerning the police report documented break in into Luke Wenke’s house at [address] in Olean. Grand theft auto + forgery = Katie [last name].
“Ron the Investigator of the U.S. District Attorney’s Office is afraid of being investigated by the Trump administration for his connections to the Buffalo FBI’s illegal activities, so Ron is threatening Frank Passafiume in an attempt to get Frank to back down on his deal with John Sinatra’s court to end Luke Wenke’s case on time served no more supervised release. This deal has been in the works since Jan. 2024.

Luke Wenke is making claims he needs patent paperwork and Alfred University and Siemens Dresser Rand to replace the handling of circumstances such as his, but John Sinatra’s drugs and sex trafficking family members are in need of new work so John Sinatra won’t let Luke Wenke have the patent paperwork.
“Western New York man hater Katie [last name] (use$ her exhusband of 12 years ago’s last name) of [city] is now being accused of using her connections she used to get Luke Wenke’s FBI Discovery to maliciously impersonate men on the internet such as Richard Greer and make false claims that he is swiping his credit card and paying families in former American territories like the Phillippines to make their kids do things on camera. Katie sits at home all day on her laptop doing things like this against innocent recently divorced men like Richard Greer who would be better off married to a midget.

P— [last name] was Judge Giardini of Carrollton NY’s first cousin. Judge Giardini died in 2020 a Cuomo nursing home victim.
