So I will start by helping federal interests even more. B—— [last name] is in here saying that Walt Disney World is on land owned by the British Monarchy and it’s portions of revenue go to that royal family. Then how about the federally networked people in this courtroom triumphantly end that sensation so every last federal salary can be spared. Tax Walt Disney World at a lower rate than what the British Monarchy takes from the place.

That being said, ‘Biden asks for 2% federal salary pay raises’ tells me how about I make yet another statement in court giving the public defender and prosecutor to this case my written permission to pick any two people in the federal probation department whose positions and salaries they would like to see completely erased. I give the public defender and prosecutor my written permission to make verbally open statements in court saying who specifically from the federal probation department they think this should be done too. The New York State Troopers had a hiring table at the Walden Galleria last I knew, so they will be fine. New York State Troopers helped my mother Janet McCaul out in 2022 when they suggested helping her getting Katie [last name] arrested for grand theft auto for doing what she did to my car.* Federal probation lies about my personal nature right in the courtroom before Christmas when they’ve been face to face with me at multiple private residences with no issues. So I give the public defender and prosecutor my written permission to find another law in the books similar to the one that allowed them to take $5000 from the U.S. Marshals because the public defender and prosecutor assigned to this case deserve more than a 2% pay raise for themselves reallocated from the probation department. They may openly respond in court accordingly.”

*I had agreed to care for Luke Wenke’s car following his 2022 arrest. When I decided to end my friendship with Wenke a few months later, I gave the family some time to arrange for the vehicle’s retrieval. After waiting about a month, I discovered that there was a lien on the car and surrendered it, which is perfectly legal. The police never arrested me, threatened me with arrest, or treated me with any apparent suspicion after Luke Wenke’s mother called them on me. They also didn’t say that the Foot Soldier had accused me of any crimes, just that she wanted to know where Wenke’s car was. I gave the police the same impound lot owner’s contact information that I had given to the Foot Soldier and never heard about the matter from law enforcement again.

“It takes international family court payment arrangements to help a Mexican family living in fear of yet another Saturday night bar pub brawl from an American Muslim family, not a 15 year plea deal. It takes a taxed and health regulated brothel for a Muslim who pushes our food trays in this jail to legally pimp out his sister as opposed to doing it over social media. I am glad an anonymous inmate helped him with his current life battle against federal legal oppressions*. No wonder that movie of John Adams going to the Netherlands portrayed that older Republic laughing at him since that is where Amsterdam’s notoriety takes place. ‘Can’t legally prove who is behind an electronic device’ is a very basically understood concept these days so I am glad there was an anonymous jailhouse lawyer present to help undermine the very federal system that continues to steal precious days from his life for that other inmate who now looks like his 90 day right to a Speedy Trial expired. ‘Are you mentally ill’ is one of the most degrading things to be asked by a pompous Ivy League alumni after being handcuffed and publicly humiliated all over the news after being kidnapped by a Deep State salary collector right at work before Christmas.

‘Deep State’. Very commonly used terminology these days. All Donald Trump appointed federal officials are absolutely expected to sympathize with the evolved perceptions of the disenfranchised grassroots who found themselves drafted into a combative feud with falsely perceived higher ranking government officials. Wars do not have winners and losers, they have settlements and lessons. In 2021 even state senator George Borrello talked with me about what he thought about then-Congressman Tom Reed. I maintain the right, I hope and believe, to have that same state senator subpoena’d right into this courtroom, otherwise he gets arrested…”

*In several of his letters to the court, Luke Wenke expresses sympathy toward Khaled and Waleed Abughanem, who were convicted of kidnapping a female family member and taking her to Yemen with plans to force her into an arranged marriage.

“…and detained and brought in. Court documented evidence of me knowing him, tax proof of me being one of his former top donors before Andrew and Krystie from the Buffalo F.B.I. deceived both me and Olean Police by kidnapping me 2 years ago when I was on my way to work in Buffalo, and nowhere else, at a time when I was trying to get my then neighbor A—- C—— arrested. I was a disrespected homeowner and all levels of ‘just doing my job’ tax subsidized public safety officials were being favorable toward eviction ban abusers. Reasonable suspicion to believe that the Deep State wants homeowners to be as unsafe as possible and hold them day after day as illegally convicted so federal credit unions confiscate their properties to pay Biden’s suggested 2% federal pay raises. Maybe one day Liz Cheney humbles herself and finally endorses Trump 2024 because of issues like this. But anyways I digress. I may need to issue a written subpoena to George Borrello so I can have reliable testimonies to my character since federal probation and their cooperation with Katie’s lies with the [city] Police* is just as reliable as the alleged Minnesota attorney I never met who did this to me.

It’s a Biblical sign my father couldn’t sleep the night I was remanded before Christmas. This happened to me 2 years ago and all the sudden his wife gets her citizenship finally. He was donating to the food pantries who exclusively cater to illegal migrants in 2021 and he met his wife at Epcot long before she was a citizen. He knows where to find the undocumented. They moved into my grandmother’s house in Allegany in 2016 and the local mosque came to visit. I don’t know if he has documented himself as a Buffalo area voter yet but hopefully he sees now why we need Donald Trump back.”

*I’ve never lied to any law enforcement agency about Luke Wenke, and I’ve never even spoken to the agency specified in this letter about him, period.

“Liz Cheney lost her primary because the Capitol Rioters were cheered unlike the despicable Korean and Vietnam War Veterans who were booed right on spot for horrifically dividing families in those respective countries in a similar way myself and Benjamin [Ryan]’s Freedom To Assemble Constitutional rights were forcibly damned here in the era of convicted F.B.I. agents.

Wars do not have winners and losers, they have lessons and settlements. I have learned plenty of new things I wish I learned out in the disenfranchised ranks of society. ‘Club Fed’ Diane Stewart called it on 60 Minutes and that it is. I hope federal officials have learned that emotions are a human rights issue that come out of the human soul for a reason. I think the disenfranchised and the Deep State ranks as we called them in the 2010s can work together in the second half of the 2020s. End the misunderstandings and false perceptions from everyone, even I admit to having had plenty of those myself.

I am not going to name out all the other credible people I could have subpoena’d into the courtroom to push away any further uncredible claims by Katie [last name] who I have taken on several road trips alone with. I am not a woman beater like Todd McMurray; the brother of Biden endorsed Congressional candidate from yesteryear Nate McMurray, who I met at Niagara County Jail two painfully long years ago. Orders of protection expire after 5 years. I kindly finish this letter to the court by asking to help me alleviate the personal pains from the past with everyone in this case in less than 5 years, please and thank you. Brett is probably mad that I told him to get Moderna, Katie is still mad about Damani.* [Victim-1] doesn’t need to lie about secretly liking Recon. -Luke Wenke”

*And with good reason. After Luke Wenke’s arrest in January 2022, I very sternly cautioned him not to give my last name, phone number, address, or other personal information to fellow inmates. Two or three days later, a complete stranger who had just been released from jail called me and asked if I would have sex with him for $100. He also told me that Luke Wenke said I’m a drug user (which is untrue) and would get high with him. This was the final straw that sealed my decision to end my friendship with Luke Wenke, understandably so, and I’ve been trying to get him to leave me the fuck alone ever since.
