“I am happy to have received notification from legal mail from Frank Passafiume of the Buffalo Federal Public Defender’s Office informing me that my elongated case at last has made it to the Appeals Court stage. I am happy to at last have a copy of what John Sinatra Jr.’s signature looks like since it is legally possible, as other higher courts have informed me, that he is notarizing his own signature to announce his own resignation to allow Marianne Mariano to take his place and that it is legally possible he is changing our legal names in the courtroom without us present since his court, according to Frank Passafiume’s legal mail, made a formal court decision about me specifically without anyone present the week Pope Francis died. Niagara County Jail knows I did not go to court that week. I have also informed Senior District Judge Richard Arcara about our current state of affairs so he can save himself from his investigation due to the fact that he allegedly sleeps during trials. I am sure that you would agree that the Robert H Jackson US Courthouse is desperate for a feminist touch to things so do consider my recommendation of enforcing Marianne Mariano replacing John Sinatra as she absolutely has more experience being face to face with defendants, like me when she came here to Niagara County Jail 3 years ago to see me where I still am today. Unbelievable to hear that John Sinatra signs off on court decisions when nobody including the defendant is present and/or using his Central Casting connections to use stunt doubles in the courtroom as I hear he did with Khaled Abughanem’s family with an all Iraq/Afghanistan war veteran jury present to convict an evidence exempt circumstance after these same veterans likely hacked their electronic devices treating the very average Abughanem Muslim family like members of Hamas. Khaled Abughanem was once here at Niagara County Jail and after a very grueling amount of time in custody his wife is still with him which speaks volumes. Remarkable to see that Pope Francis visited an Iraqi Christian church in 2021. I see why he was concerned with the question of prisoners.”

“Wenke v. Wenke was overturned by the NYS Supreme Court in 1995 and replaced with NY state grandparents’ rights. I am aware that once Appeals Court options are exhausted, the higher court is next. I did receive legal mail from Jay Ovsiovitch here at Niagara County Jail recently. I’m sure Jay would love to open a private Appeals firm so his salary no longer answers to the US District Attorney’s Office as I am sad to learn that the public defender’s office receives it’s money from the prosecutor’s office. I find this to be a conflict of interest for those of us who can’t afford private representation as my finances have been exhausted due to being held for over 3 years to no benefit of my own just so the court can complete it’s own bureaucratic paperwork needs to cover themselves even as the presidential administration sniffs out courtrooms to defund. Start with John Sinatra and refer him to become NY’s top ranking gold plated private firm for defense so he can better help people like Peter Grazi who he absolutely knows very personally.

“I was baptized at St. John’s of Olean in 1992 the year I was born with noteworthy people like the late former state senatorial candidate Alfredo Napoleoni present. I was raised by the former stepfather William [last name]’s family outside Salamanca, but I have a second cousin once removed [name] who became a Catholic Priest in 2023 as this made WNYCatholic News. The [name] family of Bucktooth Run Rd. having over 200 acres of land and deserving of help from the US Dept. of Agriculture doing 7 digit agriculture business to enhance the tax base as it is. The Wenke family having NY state’s largest family reunion since 1954; Wenkeville outside Portville NY, as they as Wenkeville are ready to attain public lands credentials so they can have a Post Office storage facility holding mail delivery drones so Americans can mail things out all over the world.

“I will have to sue the Robert H Jackson US Courthouse as I requested a 2024 election ballot even though I requested one as it was legal as a NY state resident, they denied help. Voter suppression due to elongated court circumstances. I am more than happy to say continually I never sent somebody named [Victim 1] of Minneapolis an email January 2022 and I continue to question forged paperwork from the courtroom of John Sinatra as much of the psychological paperwork I never even saw. -Luke Wenke”
