The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit received this letter from Luke Wenke in early April 2025. In it, Wenke blames his victims and the authorities for his legal mess while conveniently ignoring the fact that he would have less than a year of probation left right now if he had just obeyed the court’s orders to leave his victims alone.

Luke Wenke: Letter #3 to U.S. Appeals Court for the Second CircuitLuke Wenke Appeal Letter #3 – Page 1
“I don’t know why Katie of [city] NY was recently told about an April 10th court hearing I allegedly have as she recently posted online about it, yet nobody on paper having represented this case ever bothered to call me to inform me or even answer my father [name]’s emails over the matter.1 I don’t know who gave Katie the keys to my 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid 3 years ago before she got it illegally repo’d. The court only recently took her off the no contact list since she’s been here to Niagara County Jail.2 I don’t know why John L. Sinatra Jr.’s court continues to collude with her concerning this April 10th court hearing.
I did not send an email out 1/24/22 to [Victim-1] of Minneapolis which did this to me 4 days later. My phone was hacked. John L. Sinatra Jr.’s court for some reason is in the business of intimidating people and forcing convictions over hacked electronic messages. I’m happy the original 2022 prosecutor David Rudroff was made to recuse himself but it is not good enough.3 Andrew and Krystie of the Buffalo FBI worked with the Olean Police to lie to me over a 1/27/22 phone call from the Olean Police asking me to come help with my former neighbor [name] who everybody including me was calling the police on. They cornered me when I arrived at the Olean Police building 1/28/22 over an email from 4 days earlier I never sent as my iPhone hadn’t been updated and was hacked. After they threw me into Niagara County Jail here 3 years ago, they then bullied and cornered my macular degeneration legally blind mother Janet McCaul of [address] of [town] NY. I was not present for the search and seizure of my Olean house 1/28/22. They were able to get David Rudroff to give Katie [last name] copies of my FBI Discovery before me or any relatives did.”4
1. No one “tells me” about Luke Wenke’s upcoming court hearings. The court calendar is free and publicly available on the court’s website.
2. It wouldn’t surprise me if the authorities removed me from the list of people Luke Wenke is banned from contacting, but if they did, this isn’t the reason.
3. I’m not happy that Mr. Rudroff was taken off the case. He was the only prosecutor who I believe tried to properly hold Luke Wenke accountable for his actions. I don’t know why he left the case or who’s decision it was, but the moment he left, the cycle of babying, excusing, and scapegoating Wenke’s behaviour began. And it only seems to have amplified since. I never met or talked to Mr. Rudroff, but I really appreciate that he treated the case as a criminal matter, rather than a bizarre quest to rescue and fix a lost cause.
4. As stated in #3, I’ve never interacted with David Rudroff. I also never received a copy of Luke Wenke’s discovery paperwork. I obtained a copy of his criminal complaint a few days after his arrest from someone who had downloaded it from Pacer and posted it on Facebook. Luke Wenke’s family could’ve obtained this document from Pacer if they had wanted it; it’s not mine or anyone else’s responsibility to make sure they’re furnished with these records before anyone else acquires them.

“Nothing but collusion and fabricated paperwork.
Khaled Abughanem’s family was recently convicted over hacked electronic messages by an all caucasian jury in John L. Sinatra Jr.’s court. Khaled has been here to Niagara County Jail before. His family is Yemen born-turned-US citizen family. Does the US Supreme Court decision Counterman v. Colorado 600 US 66 mean nothing in terms of electronic messages? I will be more than happy to inform the Buffalo Islamic Cultural Center after I am done writing this letter about courts in Buffalo forcing convictions onto people over hacked electronic messages and no more conclusive evidence thereof. Awful hard to escape district court judicial tyranny under these circumstances. So since I didn’t send this email 3 years ago, I will be asking the Buffalo Islamic Cultural Center for help along with the Abughanems, since they were intimidated away from even trying to contact the mosques at all, getting someone the district court apparently maintains contact with concerning his debts to the court named Rabbi Leidenfrost to go to Israel and get a wrongful incarceration check for both me and the Abughanems1 since Egypt and Mike Huckabee are now in a forced eye to eye state state of neutrality over that issue over there. Perhaps the Buffalo Islamic Cultural Center would like to speak to Olean Mayor William J. Aiello about his 2025 campaign reelection promise to make himself the first Mayor in America with a nuke button on his desk in cooperation with Iranian officials?
Was that R. Kelly’s stunt double at the Chicago Metropolitan Correction Center? I heard of an Officer Fernandez at Chicago MCC who caught an employee getting marijuana into the facility. Again it’s a country where someone who did 48 years in prison in Oklahoma came out innocent last year and went on tv, and someone in Chicago who 20 years for murder is now suddenly innocent and owed a 7 digit wrongful incarceration check. My phone was hacked 1/24/22 and so were the Abughanems’. Why should the world release hostages if America can’t release it’s own? -Luke Wenke”
1. Fifty-two-year-old Khaled Abughanem and his two sons, Adham and Waleed, were convicted for their roles in the kidnapping of Khaled’s daughter (Adham and Waleed’s sister), who was taken overseas against her will with plans to force her into an arranged marriage. The young woman who survived this ordeal went through unimaginable hell that no human being on Earth deserves to experience. During the Abughanems’ trial, the victim testified to the brutality of the assault her own family members subjected her to, telling the court: “I thought I was going to die” while describing how her father beat her until he himself became exhausted. She was essentially held captive for a year-and-a-half before bravely risking her life to escape. Luke Wenke’s blatant dismissal of this horrific crime and his sympathy for the convicted perpetrators is sickening beyond description. For this alone, I will never, EVER regain even a granule of respect for him.
