The Luke Wenke Files

The following documents pertain to a civil case that Luke Wenke filed against me in late January of 2026. As these records demonstrate, Wenke applied for a poor person waiver while emphasizing his ability to pay the lawsuit filing fee right away. In fact, he urges the recipient of the paperwork to charge the fee as soon as possible while stating in a handwritten letter that he hopes that the U.S. Marshals can serve the defendants (an FBI agent who has long been involved in the investigations against Wenke and myself) “as soon as possible.”

As you’ll notice, Wenke claims in the following documents that I work as a “typist” for “federal probation,” neither of which are true. I could be wrong, but it appears as though Wenke filled out a specific form intended for prisoner complaints against federal officials for alleged civil rights violations. I’m not a federal official, and I’m guessing this is why the docket report states that a “Pro Se packet” has been mailed to Wenke (in other words, so he can fill out the correct documents).

In my opinion, this is Wenke’s way of trying to force contact with me after I blocked his jail calls and rejected a certified letter from his mother. His refusal to respect my wish for zero contact is precisely why this website exists — NOT the other way around.

This is Luke Wenke’s second attempt to force me into a courtroom, furthering my suspicion that he’s trying to pursue a lawsuit because he’s obsessed with me and is desperate to barge his way into my life despite my clearly stated desire to be left alone.
