The Luke Wenke Files

The following document is not part of Luke Wenke’s case file, but is a letter I wrote and mailed to the judge overseeing Wenke’s case in March 2024 — roughly nine months before this website existed. At the time, Wenke was in presentencing detention at the Orleans County Jail in Albion, New York after pleading guilty to a probation violation charge. Despite being locked up, he managed to continue his smear campaign and harassment against me from behind bar.

In the letter, I defended myself against the many false allegations Luke Wenke had levied against me in his letters to the court while mentioning one recent letter in particular. While I understood that these explanations were not owed — after all, I wasn’t the one under legal scrutiny — I wanted to offer the court some insight into the severity of Wenke’s obsession with me and my desperation for it to stop. And while it may seem like I overexplained certain things, everything I mentioned was repeatedly being brought up in court and/or in Luke Wenke’s letters to the court, and I wanted them to know how full of fucking shit he is.

The letter also details my frustrations with various law enforcement agencies and my opinion that Luke Wenke is more evil than ill; in other words, that I believed it would be a huge mistake to go easy on him due to his alleged mental illness. Additionally, I told the judge about how Luke Wenke’s public defenders had recently called me on the phone and harangued me, and how I would consider it harassment if they tried contacting me again.

I decided to share this letter in the spirit of transparency and because the parties involved in Luke Wenke’s legal saga have essentially accused this website of being nothing more than a repository of official court records. I’m also sharing this in an ongoing effort to demonstrate the lengths I’ve gone to over the years in an attempt to get my stalker to leave me alone, only to receive little to no help.
