Luke Wenke sent the following letter to the Robert H. Jackson U.S. Courthouse in Buffalo, New York in June of 2024 while detained at the Orleans County Jail in Albion.

Luke Wenke #134 – Page 1:

“It is Friday June 21st, 2024 as I send this 100% truth-rich letter out to the courtroom I’ve become so familiar with in recent times. I don’t lie at all when facing serious law enforcement phenomena whether it be the police or the very courts who deal with their work unlike Katie [last name] who lied to the [city] Police back in September 2023 about me. However on Katie’s behalf, I did 4 years at Bruyer’s Martial Arts of Olean where I first met her while simultaneously doing 1.5 years of Jamestown Community College. 2.5 years of Club Fed criminal court dojo time wounds like a good alternative education for those of us who have been professionally diagnosed with borderline personality traits. The court remembers me suggesting Brazil’s low minimum wage as a replacement to everything at Walmart being made in China. Feel free to produce padded helmets that say ‘borderline personality traits’ on the forehead in Brazil all you want and donate them all to Buffalo’s martial arts schools for free since nobody will buy them.

“Mental health experts would feel more accomplishment addressing someone I met at Niagara County Jail named Dennis Hopkins and the Tourette’s syndrome he openly admitted to having. He sure loved to play Rummy with me and tell me about every weapon a person of 50-something like him with multiple felonies can legally have.

“Dennis would remember speaking to my mother Janet McCaul on the phone from Niagara County Jail. My mom turns 52 years old today. December 6th, 2013 we were all present at Olean General Hospital as she gave birth to my 21 years younger brother [redacted]. We were all in the room with her as she screamed all kinds of obscenities into the void about the midwife being a lesbian. My sister … , my aunt … , and …’s father Duane Town Jr. can all vouch for that fact the day my then-41 year old mother gave birth to [redacted]. [Redacted] is now 10 years old remembering me on a recorded jail…”

“…phone call meeting Katie [last name] early 2022 face to face. Anyways maybe just perhaps one day my father’s brother in law/my uncle [redacted]’s employer … of the Washington, DC area will be able to cure my mother’s since-birth macular degeneration she acquired due to being the result of an Ancestry DNA website-confirmed father/daughter incest situation. Subpoena her Buffalo-area biological aunt/sister … or her biological mother … to confirm this ancestral fact. My mom never had a driver’s license.

“Maybe perhaps one day former Congress candidate Nate McMurray’s brother Todd McMurray (who I also met at Niagara County Jail) will have his lifelong mental health issue of ‘an LSD trip that never ended’ (as he described) will be cured since he beat his elderly mother during Covid. I never did that.

“I’m changing the subject now. I left a nice voicemail on Frank Passafiume’s voicemail today. I also sent Ron the Investigator something yesterday. Frank has had a list of so many good longtime references of mine for about 2 months now and all kinds of ways to get a hold of them all. I am happy to hear that yesterday he had a good phone call with the Massachusetts psychiatrist scheduled. I’m sure those two have all kinds of ways to get legal paperwork completed as quickly and efficiently and honestly as possible. They have had a lot of time on their hands to do so. Frank told me back in April that he wanted to leave the country for a little while as soon as possible. We root for him to be the guy who one day soon enough get people like Paul Whelan back home from Russia or represent his favorite tv show South Park’s court cases when Scientologists sue them. I remember everything Frank tells me and he does not make legal statements to his clients without talking to multiple experts around him first. Hopefully the reason he’s not answering his phone calls from me isn’t because he left the country already. I have no way of telling.”

Luke Wenke #134 – Page 3:

“Now I want to float yet another legal question to the court. How come a person with multiple felony convictions on their record who is in a nursing home entirely having their medical bills being paid by NY state after allowing the state to seize all of their assets is allowed to vote from a mailed absentee ballot even if medical experts classify the person as virtually brain dead, yet a property owning taxpayer being held in incarceration ranging anywhere in between falsely accused or being held past their legitimate sentencing guidelines maximum can’t get an absentee ballot themself? On a side note, how did I go from being one of state senator George Borrello’s top donors to being lied at in court while in chains on several occasions by now? Quite an era of Donald Trump’s mugshot and Hunter Biden’s conviction this is. I am predicting one big downpour of ‘unwarranted sentencing disparities’ trickle down economics-style complaints once those two get sentenced to predictably not a day in jail. Similar convictions all over the nation’s federal courts.

“Maybe I’ll hear directly from Frank again for the first time since early May. I only hear parts of what he and my father talk about on the phone with each other. I am remembering Alexander Anzalone succeeding at getting what he wanted for me back in August 2023. He told me June 2023 what would happen and it did come August.
