Luke Wenke mailed this letter to the federal judge overseeing his case, the Honorable John L. Sinatra, Jr., while detained at the Orleans County Jail in Albion, New York in March of 2024. In it, he proposes various so-called “settlement offers” for squaring away his criminal case. Wenke also expresses a desire to “reconcile” with victims who had previously stated they wanted zero contact, including individuals he’s banned from contacting.
This letter is a good example of how when Luke Wenke fails to get his way by being cruel, aggressive, and demanding, he sometimes adopts a more peaceful-sounding and seemingly proactive tone and attitude. But it never lasts long, and I don’t think there’s any genuine kindness or respectable intentions behind this conspicuously out-of-character demeanour.
For example, while reading the following letter, I got the impression that Wenke was desperate to avoid further incarceration and for his criminal case to end. His attempts to haggle over a so-called “settlement” with the court nevertheless show that he was still trying to control the situation, despite having no power to do so.
Luke Wenke Wants Me to Move to Olean
In several of his letters to the court, Luke Wenke proposes “helping” me obtain a “blighted house” in Olean. He mentions various ideas for obtaining funding for this endeavour, including consulting the Olean City Council and obtaining a HUD grant.
(Just for clarity, I’ve never lived in Olean nor do I have any plans to.)
I think Luke Wenke fantasizes about me obtaining a “blighted house” in Olean because he’s obsessed with me and therefore enjoys the idea of me living nearby. He also seems preoccupied by an apparent belief that I lack stable housing, struggle to support myself financially, and aspire to adopt dozens of cats.
I’m not sure what influences Wenke’s erroneous vision of me, but his obsession with getting me a “blighted house” is a great example of how his bossiness was grossly misconstrued in court as a virtuous and selfless desire to help others. During a hearing in December of 2023, Wenke’s father essentially mentioned how he thinks his son means well with some of his unpalatable behaviours. That he just wants the best for others.
I respectfully but adamantly disagree. I think Luke Wenke tries forcing his far-fetched ideas on people because he’s a control freak who thinks he’s smarter than everyone. If Wenke acted out of authentic kindness, he’d respect people’s decisions and wouldn’t berate them for their choices (which aren’t his business in the first place). (For example, I can’t count the number of times he’s bragged about driving me to Wisconsin to retrieve my cat after a break-up in 2018.)
In my opinion, Luke Wenke’s unsolicited attempts to “help” people stem at least partially from a desire to make them feel like they owe him, or to create a perceived dependency on him. In the end, he never did anything nice for me without holding it over my head at a later time.

“SETTLEMENT OFFERS
Make me sign local police orders of protection with [Victim 1] and Katie to reduce this issue down to local courts. Transfer my fingerprints over to Minnesota, North Carolina, New York State Troopers and the [city] Police.
Establish an interstate order of protection system to prevent cases like this ever again.
– Homeland Security and all DMVs work together in depth.
– Federal police cameras on all state border lines on back roads and highways. (A.I.)
– More tow truck drivers contracted into Homeland Security to tow violators back to their states.
– U.S. Space Force and Homeland Security work together to track people’s movements.
– S.M.S. texts updating local criminal court victims on if their aggressor is approaching their state.
– Homeland Security and FAA track violators’ flight movements.
– Local, county, and state police all receive training workshops through Homeland Security for this.
– Put someone in this type of situation in jail long enough to have their information sent to the state where they need to be known/watched, and/or to be towed back home by Homeland Security if they violate.
– Only local and county courtrooms would have to deal with this and they need tangible evidence that all parties involved even know each other (all local and county courtrooms in the country then obtain each other’s contact info).
Reconciliation (The Berlin Wall eventually fell…)
I would be willing to get a city owned blighted house in Olean through the city government to put into Katie’s name and help getting a federal loan/grant to pay an Olean city official with a local handyman business to fix it up for her is possible on my end. Taking my substitute teaching/martial arts teaching/community theatre directing resume and applying it to designing a Buddhist Tummo meditation FSA class for violent offenders and a History of Pedophile Punishment FSA class for sex offenders so [Victim 1] can get that passed into law and take the credit for himself. Getting Brett contracted into fixing the water infrastructure for all of Carl Paladino’s properties since it is my mother’s side who knows Carl.
Take those court documented statements and do whatever you want with them.”
