In the following email to the Honorable John L. Sinatra, Jr., Luke Wenke falsely accuses me of damaging his Olean traphouse. He also falsely accuses both myself and my family of being welfare leeches (we’ve never been on welfare, period) and alleges that the government is paying me to run this website.
I’m sure I don’t have to clarify this, but just in case: no one pays me to run this website; in fact, I pay all the costs associated with this website and I do not profit from this site at all. This website and its contents are free of charge because I strongly believe that the information available here could potentially prove life-saving. Moreover, allegations toward anyone of being a tax burden are pretty rich coming from Luke Wenke, who has undoubtedly cost the taxpayer exponentially more than the average welfare recipient via his prolonged legal saga and the costs of his COMPLETELY FREE-OF-CHARGE defense team!
It should be worth noting that the court received this email five days prior to Luke Wenke’s most recent federal arrest on December 17th. Wenke is currently in custody on federal remand at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, New York as he waits to answer to new charges for allegedly threatening a federal judge and others.

“‘Foot soldier’ and familiar favorite to the court Janet Lynn Dorothy McCaul noticed ‘Dr’ Leidenfrost on tv with the Buffalo Bills. I guess I now have to openly support the Dolphins since 1) Both Bills games I went to in recent years prior to the FBI arrogantly interrupting my affairs they played the Dolphins and the Dolphins won 2) Bills fans hate the Dolphins.
“Let’s leak the court notes on Leidenfrost getting grilled to the Buffalo Bills. Attention Bills fans, you have a psychiatric quack on your side and it’s going to result in the continued non-appearances of the Bills in the Superbowl.
